Ticket Policy


Will Call:
Tickets purchased the week of a performance are held at will call. All other tickets will be mailed.

Weekend Orders:
If you purchase a ticket on our website the day of a performance and outside of normal business hours, please print out the order confirmation. Your ticket will be available at will call.

Single Ticket Holders:
Single ticket holders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Nightnotes tickets may be used at any Nightnotes concert on the season.

Season Subscribers:
Tickets may be returned for a tax deduction 24 hours in advance of the concert. Series subscription tickets can be exchanged for other series concerts and Nighnotes concerts upon availability. There will be a small fee for ticket exchanges for the Holiday Brass and Great Lakes Chamber Music Festival concerts. Nighnotes tickets can be exchanged for other Nighnotes concerts only. Tickets exchanges are not available for Structurally Sound concerts. 

Seating Requests:
All concerts, except for those at Seligman Performing Arts Center, are open seating. Subscribers receive premium seating. If you require special accommodation beyond the usual handicapped seating, please let someone know at the time of your order.

Structurally Sound in Detroit's Eastern Market

The Red Bull House of Art, located in Detroit's Eastern Market, will serve as the next venue for Detroit Chamber Winds & Strings' third ... Structurally Sound performance. Titled To Market, To Market, the concert will take place on Sunday, April 28 at 3 p.m. The performance will feature DCWS cellist Debra Fayroian and Detroit jazz pianist Luis Resto. DCWS%u2019 newest chamber music series, Structurally Sound presents chamber music in architecturally significant or interesting spaces with repertoire that relates to the space's unique qualities.

Nightnotes Ends with Akropolis Reed Quintet!

DCWS' 2012-2013 Nightnotes Series will end on Friday, May 17th with a performance by the Akropolis Reed Quintet! Fresh from winning prizes at five ... chamber music competitions, the Akropolis Reed Quintet is the DCWS Young Ensemble -in-Residence for the 2012-13 season.

DCWS Season Ends June 22 at Great Lakes Festival

DCWS will end its season on Saturday, June 23 at Seligman Performing Arts Center at 8 p.m. as part of the Great Lakes Chamber Music ... Festival.

Together with famed pianist James Tocco, DCWS will perform George Gershwin's most popular work, Rhapsody in Blue.
